Is it advisable to use a debt collection agency? How effective are they?
Posted January 12, 2010 – 1:49 pm in: Personal FinanceI want to collect a substantial amount from my Judgment debtor. Can a debt collection agent assist reliably in this regard? Can you please recommend some to me? I do understand that they don’t come cheap, though some offer free services so far they get a commission.
